Maybe we've done something wrong in our room, but any time we try to roll, the calculations turn any straight up modifiers into a 0.
Has anything changed in the code or have we changed a settin gin the room by accident?
Same problem in ours, not adding modifiers at all.
Example of output:
GoldarGluehands rolls d20+7 = 12 (12 + 7=0) #Stealth
GoldarGluehands rolls d20+7 = 8 (8 + 7=0) #Stealth
GoldarGluehands rolls d20+1 = 10 (10 + 1=0) #Perception
exactly the same
looking into it
Yeah I screwed something up, does it work again now?
goes to check
yeap, seems to be, you rock udo
Sorry for breaking it in the first place :D
I have developers I pay thousands a week that take 3 monthly releases to fix things, without showing any remorse. In my world you're a rockstar. Thanks.
Reroll doesn't seem to work.
3D10M3 => ( (8 2 10 → 2 success(es) against 3) ) = 2 // no reroll for 10
3D10F3 => ( (9, 10, 5 → 3 successes against 3) ) = 3 | 10s: 1 // same here
@GoldenGluehands well, showstopping bugs in production really need to be fixed outside of the release schedule. I just feel a bit guilty about sometimes not testing updates for Rolz as well as I should have :/
@JTaylor: you're right. When I rewrote the dice parser that stopped working, but it should be fixed now.
I used to be able to roll #4X3 to roll 4 d6s, each 3 = 1 success, each 6 = 2 successes. Now I need to roll #4D6X3.
It's not stopping me from using my D6 system. I just miss the convenience of the E and X dice codes defaulting to D6.
It's like GoldenGluehands said, the non-D becomes a zero. So #4X3 always rolls a result of 403.
HAM'ster you're right, it was inconvenient. It should be fixed now.
Cool... though the shortcut buttons make it a moot point in a way. I set up shortcuts for all my players.
I will give it a test now. Thanks!
Thanks, Udo. Tested the #3x3 and #3e5 codes. Both work as if rolling d6 now.
