Notes:

Werewolves are humanoid lycanthropes. For those who haven’t figured it out yet, that means they can shift from the form of a man to an arm-ripping-off, spittle-leaking, hulk of a wolf. It is ill advised for a traveler to take on a werewolf unless they are moderately skilled in a combat discipline of their choice. Werewolves are as clever as humans. And while some can be agreeable, but all are subject to a modicum of bloodlust and will not hesitate to bite, gnaw, claw, and bash a traveler to death should even a light transgression be seen.

Werewolves are smart, and depending on the wolf, very dangerous. Wolfsbane is their ultimate weakness, preventing them from shifting from man to wolf, and is very deadly to them. However, wolfsbane is exceedingly rare and not obtainable by the every-day traveler. Water spells work the next best, followed by silver armaments.
