Vampyre Juveniles are the first stage of vampyrism a human experiences. They become severely hunched, with brown, leathery skin and bat-like features. Their natural hair falls out and they grow long, vicious claws and matching fangs. Unlike their kin, most Juveniles are vulnerable to normal weaponry and do not require silver to be killed. They will attack with their claws and fangs, so wear appropriate magic or metal armor.
That being said, water spells work best on them. If they are older Juveniles, then silver will be necessary for killing them. Garlic and holy water will weaken these vampyres considerably, so it is advantageous to carry a supply of each. Also, if you manage to force-feed one Guthix Balance, they have a chance at being cured… or dying. Or turning ravenous and rending you to bits. How you choose dispatch them is up to you.
