"The Nomadic Mage" is (presumably) a mage, who has been noticed slinking all around Morytania. Nobody has any information on him, so this makes it hard To Judge what he is, who he works for and what he's doing.

- He assaulted a Zarosian lich at the Barrows using electricity magic. Be very wary of this mage.
