Magical Fight at the Barrows
Reported by some... undead mage thing. He met a mage in the Barrows while the nomadic mage was doing something with Ahrim's ritual stone. He reports that the nomadic mage then went invisible and attacked him, paralyzing him with electricity magic. After the incident, the suspect teleported away saying the undead mage was pathetic.
Wears robes similar to a Diviner. Pale skin with an odd staff and hat. Matches the description of the nomadic mage.
I'm not sure what the fuck that Zarosian thing is, but he's not natural. And he's certainly not someone we should keep close or trust fully. He was reluctant to speak with me on the incident and specifically requested Proteus for the matter. If you are reading this Proteus, come speak with me.
