Notes:
The leeches are slightly larger than those you may find farther west. They are approximately the size of a medium dog. Their mouth is ringed with vicious teeth, designed to keep hold of you. Properly enchanted robes will protect you the best from their attacks, but a nice, sturdy set of armor will do just fine. Leeches are more of an annoyance than a danger. However if one is to latch onto you, you will not last long.
Fire spells will take care of leeches effectively, however melee or ranged combat will work if you are proficient enough.
