A man seemingly without a past or a future. He has forsaken his original name and taken up the mantle of the Myreque after their harrowing defeat during the assassination of Lord Lowerniel Vergidiyad Drakan in 5A 169. He is a known ruthlessly cunning tactician and strategist, willing and able to do whatever it takes to achieve his goals. There are only whispers of the feats he has done, and the rumors are equally awe-inspiring and horrifying.

• It is said that he gathered a group of vampyres, humans, and werewolves to combat a lurking Ghoulish threat to Morytania. Not much is known about the nature or scale of the threat.
• There are rumors that he doesn't take prisoners, or that if he does, they're never seen again.
• Hushed whispers tell of murders of select civilians by his order to protect his interests.
• It is suspected that he has an expansive information network that spans the entirety of Morytania, from Canifis to Darkmeyer.
• He often vocalizes his distaste for western culture and attitudes, as well as their apparent hostility toward him.
• He is known to have killed a high-ranking vyrelord with nothing but human combatants.
• It is rumored that he has backed several werewolf rebellions against the vampyres with weapons and coin.
• Calsidiu is quite well known for a particularly defiant phrase: "The Myreque are made of ropes, the vampyres of stone. If a rope breaks, we can retie it."
• It is said he dyes his hair with the blood of vampyres.
